Nestled near the charming village of Pool in Wharfedale, just outside Leeds, we offer a delightful escape in the stunning Yorkshire countryside. Our farm features three unique glamping areas, perfect for groups of all sizes.
In addition to our group camping areas, we have some fantastic communal spaces too! The Bar Barn is open to everyone, serving up a variety of drinks, and our TinyTalian horsebox is ready to kickstart your day with morning coffees and satisfy your evening cravings with scrumptious pizza!
We've got all the essentials covered too — power sockets, WiFi, parking, and proper toilets and showers. After all, it's not called glamping for nothing!

Red Kite
Our largest glamping area, named after the red kites that often spiral overhead at Fairmead Farm.

Everything You Need For A Great Stay
The Bar Barn
Underneath a giant disco ball, with bunting cascading either side, you'll find the hub of the site — the Bar Barn, where our friendly crew will be on hand all weekend to look after you and your group, serving you alcohol, soft drinks, cocktails and mocktails.
Got a signature drink? Let us know in advance and we’ll make sure it’s ready and waiting. Our bar is fully stocked, but a personalised cocktail menu just feels extra special.
On site there are plenty of phone charging points and plugs for small electrical items, extra tables and a microwave.
The TinyTalian — Breakfast & Barista Coffee
Serving fresh hot drinks, breakfast sandwiches with locally sourced meat, Saturday and Sunday mornings from our gorgeous converted horse box. If you’re thinking both mornings (excellent decision!), just give us a heads-up so we can stock up!
New for 2026: The TinyTalian also offers afternoon tea — ask for further details.
Fresh, Made-to-Order Pizzas
Saturday night + fresh pizza = the perfect start to your evening. They’re made to order from our stone wood-fired oven and (if we do say so ourselves) very delicious!
Orders need to be placed in advance and payment is made on the day while we’re serving. Let us know if you’d like the menu and pre-order form.
The Party Barn
We have an additional barn available for hire, for groups who want their own exclusive indoor space for the weekend. The cost of hiring The Party Barn is £150 per night, including decorations — if your party has a theme just let us know.
Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks into the Party Barn. You're also very welcome to pop next door to purchase drinks and cocktails from the Bar Barn — pre-purchased drinks packages are also available including gin and prosecco bar options.
🎧 Silent Disco — A true Fairmead must-have. When the main music stops, the headphones go on & somehow the dance moves get even better. Everyone loves it. No exceptions.
Toilets & Showers
Showers and proper toilets are in converted horse boxes and trailers, kitted out to a high standard — the water is hot and the showers are powerful.
We provide towels at a cost of £5, toilet roll, hand sanitiser and hand towels. Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc.
The Robin — Wood-Fired Nordic Sauna
NEW for 2026! Step into the heat, dive into the cold, feel fully alive. The Robin is a handcrafted wood-fired sauna built inside a beautifully converted horse box by Northern Ember, with cold plunge and panoramic Wharfedale views.
60-minute sessions with essential oils, aromatherapy, and the powerful contrast of deep heat and icy immersion. Available to book as an add-on — find out more.
