Prices vary by glamping area. Red Kite (20-40 guests) and Almscliffe (10-32 guests) are £67.50 per person per night. Kingfisher (2-10 guests) is £100 per person per night. All stays are a minimum of 2 nights. Weekend and midweek stays are available.
We can accommodate up to 82 guests across our three glamping areas: Red Kite (20-40), Almscliffe (10-32), and Kingfisher (2-10). Each area is exclusive use for your group.
Your stay includes luxury bell tents with futon beds and full bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows), exclusive use of your glamping area, access to the party barn, hot shower and toilet facilities, ice machine, multiple power sockets, hand towels, BBQ and firepit, free WiFi and ample parking.
Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM.

We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bell tents are fully set up with futon beds and bedding. Hand towels are provided, and bath towels are available to rent for £5 each. Just bring your clothes, toiletries and a sense of adventure!
Yes! Our TinyTalian Food Truck serves wood-fired pizzas (£11-13 each) and pasta in the evenings, plus morning coffee and freshly baked pastries. The Bar Barn has a licensed bar (pay per drink). BBQs are available for your own cooking too. Charcoal is £5 per bag.
Yes, the Party Barn is available for hire at £150 per night and comes with decorations. It's perfect for birthday parties, hen dos, and celebrations. Bespoke decoration packages are also available — giant letters (£50), barn decor (£100), and tent decorations (£100).
You can book by contacting us via our contact form or emailing enquiries@fairmeadglamping.com. A £20 per person deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 month before your arrival date.
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome! We just ask that they are kept on leads near livestock on the farm.
There is no age limit — we welcome groups of all ages. However, underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
Yes! NEW for 2026, we have The Robin — a handcrafted wood-fired Nordic sauna built inside a converted horse box by Northern Ember. Your 60-minute session includes full access to the sauna and cold plunges, with panoramic Wharfedale valley views. Essential oils on the stones, deep heat, icy immersion — it’s a full-body reset. We also host special themed events including aromatherapy sessions and sauna supper clubs. It's available as an add-on to your glamping weekend — just let us know when you enquire and we'll arrange it for your group.
