Booking & Payment
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
- Final payment is due 1 month before your arrival date
- Minimum stay is 2 nights

- Check-in: 1:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:30 AM
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made less than 1 month before arrival, the full balance is due. We recommend travel insurance.
On-Site Rules
- Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads near livestock
- Underage drinking is strictly prohibited
- Please respect the farm, the countryside and other guests
- No unauthorised fires outside of designated firepits
- Guests are responsible for any damage to tents or facilities
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Fairmead Farm. We ask that they are kept on leads at all times near livestock.
Liability
Fairmead Farm Glamping is not liable for any loss, damage or injury to guests or their property during their stay. Guests use the facilities at their own risk.
