The short answer
A two night hen party weekend at Fairmead Farm costs from £135 per person in our two larger glamping areas, or £200 per person in Kingfisher, our small area for up to 10. That covers the tent, the bed and bedding, exclusive use of your field, hot showers, BBQ and firepit, WiFi and parking.
On top of that you choose what the group wants: the Party Barn, decorations, pizzas, drinks packages, a sauna session. Everything is priced per item, so a group of 10 and a group of 30 pay the same per person for the tents, and the shared extras get cheaper per head the more of you there are.
Below are the full price list and four worked examples. For ideas about the weekend itself, see the hen party glamping page.

Ways to keep the cost down
- Fill the area. The Party Barn and decorations are flat fees, so they cost less per head with more hens.
- Bring BBQ food. The BBQ and firepit are included. Two meals on the BBQ and one pizza night is a popular pattern.
- Pre-book drinks. Prosecco and gin packages work out cheaper than paying per drink for a big group.
- Ask about midweek. Weekends book first. Midweek dates in May, June and September are often easier to get.
- Collect the deposit early. £27 a head confirms the date, and the balance is not due until a month before.
